Career Accomplishments: Following a distinguished career in clinical practice, Dr. Sostre joined the UTHSC-SA Gastroenterology Division to participate in the building of new clinical programs and share his expertise with the next generation of gastroenterologists. He is an expert gastrointestinal diagnostician with expertise in the evaluation of abdominal pain, diarrhea, intestinal motility disturbances, and other gastrointestinal and liver diseases. Dr. Sostre is an accomplished practitioner of both diagnostic and therapeutic upper endoscopy and colonoscopy.
